What we collect, and what we do with it.

Last updated October 2026

What we collect

Only what you type and send us. That means the briefing request form (name, email, organization, title, interest, and your note), the careers form (name, email, discipline, an optional link, and your note), the crew manifest in Orbit Keeper, our browser game (name, email, title, company), and the contents of any email you send us. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for payment information anywhere on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to contact you about Arkwright Space. Nothing else. Careers submissions are used to evaluate your interest in working here.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with advertisers, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site. We do not send bulk marketing you did not ask for.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to Arkwright Space through our website host and stored in our own systems. Please keep submissions unclassified and free of export-controlled technical data.

Game data on your device

Orbit Keeper saves your callsign and scores in your browser's local storage, on your device. That stays on your machine, and clearing your browser data erases it.

Retention and your choices

We keep what you send for as long as it is useful for the conversation it started. Email admin@arkwrightspace.com at any time to ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is intended for a general professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. If a child has sent us information, email us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date above changes with it.
